Understanding Our Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Broaxium Outpost purchases. Here's a breakdown of our return and refund policy:

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Please review the entire policy for a complete understanding.

  • Pre-Order Cancellations/Refunds: As mentioned earlier, pre-order cancellations are subject to a 10% fee for direct refunds. Cancellations must be received before your item ships from our warehouse.

  • Eligible Returns: Items must be in unused, sealed condition in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Opened items cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact us via email (info@nerdzoic.com) or through the chat feature on our website. We'll advise you on obtaining a return label or purchasing your own.

  • Return Costs: You'll be responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee on the total transaction amount.

  • Damages and Defective Items: If your item is damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a replacement (if available) or a refund. Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there's damage. Please note that minor cosmetic paint issues are not considered defects, and damaged packaging alone is not eligible for a refund unless it significantly differs from what you ordered.   • How to Return an Item: Start your return by using our "chat with us" widget. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions and a return label (if applicable). Items sent back without prior return authorization will be rejected.

  • Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items: We'll cover return fees for our errors or damaged/defective products, but you'll be responsible for return shipping for other reasons. We are not liable for lost packages if you return an item on your own. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return your unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the new one. Due to fluctuating collectible availability, we cannot guarantee exchanges.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval decision. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please factor in your bank or credit card company's processing time.
