Getting Your Collectibles Delivered

  • Handling Time: We typically process and ship orders by the next business day after they are placed.

  • Shipping Areas: We ship to most of the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, the United Kingdom, and most U.S. outlying territories.

  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated based on your order's size, weight, and destination.

  • Shipping Providers: We use USPS and UPS; you can choose your preference at checkout.

​

  • Refused and Undeliverable Packages: We'll try to contact you about any shipment errors on your end. You'll be responsible for any re-shipping costs. If a shipment is "returned to sender," we'll try contacting you twice. Without a response within a week, we will refund your order minus the original shipping costs.

  • Missing or Stolen Packages: If your carrier marks your package as "delivered" but you haven't received it, it may be delayed, delivered incorrectly, or stolen. Contact us via our "chat with us" widget for assistance.
