Pre-Order Policies
Pre-orders allow you to reserve the hottest toys and collectibles before they hit the shelves! Here's how it works at Broaxium Outpost:

Placing Your Pre-Order: When you pre-order an item, you're essentially holding your place in line for its release. We charge the full amount at the time of pre-order.

Changing Your Mind? We understand plans change. You can cancel your pre-order, but there's a 10% cancellation fee for a direct refund to your original payment method. Opting for store credit instead waives the fee. To cancel, use our "chat with us" widget on the website. Remember, cancellations must be received before your item ships from our warehouse. Otherwise, our standard Refund/Return Policy applies.

Fulfilling Your Pre-Order: We strive to fulfill all pre-orders, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, like distributor cancellations or limited releases. In those cases, we'll issue a full refund - but cannot offer compensation for any inconvenience.

Estimated Arrival Dates: These dates are provided by the manufacturer and are generally accurate. However, delays due to manufacturing or customs can happen. We'll keep you updated on any pre-order delays.

Shipping Your Pre-Order: Pre-orders are shipped upon arrival at our warehouse. If you'd like to hold off on shipping to combine them with other pre-orders, just let us know via chat.

Separate Orders for Different Release Dates: To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-orders with different release dates.

Pre-Orders with In-Stock Items: Separate orders are recommended here too. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items in one order, your entire order won't ship until the pre-order item arrives.
